1. Athlete’s foot

2. Bunions

Plantar fasciitis symptoms are inflammation of the hard tissue band that surrounds the heel bone and the toes and sharp pain in the heel of your foot. Shoes that support your feet, exercise, physiotherapy, painkillers, and wearing athletic tape are some of the ways to treat plantar fasciitis.


6. Ingrown toenails

You’re probably suffering from this issue, if your toenail curves and starts to grow into the skin, typically at the edges of the nail. Nail that is growing into your skin irritates it and usually causes pain, inflammation, swelling, and burning sensations in your toe. This problem can be inborn. Uncomfortable footwear that injures a toenail or trimming your toenails in the wrong way can lead to this problem.


7. Tendinitis

Repeated movements and vibrations may lead to tendinitis development. Inflammed or irritated tendon that attaches the muscle to the bone is the culprit of the problem. Even simple movements may cause painful sensations, sensitivity, and inflammation, which are all signs of tendinitis. You can treat it by resting and relaxing your feet regularly, taking medication, and going for physiotherapy.
